Anyone ever had experience with these Pre Galaxy bases. These are the radios that started the Galaxy look. I used to own a Ham International Jumbo and wish that I could find another out there!! |

Keep checking the internet auction sites as they do pop up from time to time but you can expect to pay Premium Price for them if you happen to find one in Good Condition and Good working order.

Go to www.google.com and in the Search Box type in the words (Internet Auction Sites) and you will find 100's of sites.

Saw a "brand new in the box" old stock of course Ham International Jumbo II in a shop in Singapore a couple of months back. Didn't look very exciting. What's so good about them? |

Dd18, how much were they asking for that radio? Do you work there and do you live in the states? What are the rules about bringing a radio like that back into the US? |
