I am very disapointed,in my s-3 it dropped the auido right from the factory, and it would stop. making me believe it was a coax or mike.. i didnt open it for 3 months because i wasnt ready for it... that voided the warrnty becasue you must ship your warrnty papers in 15 days i hope the company will help me out.. it has been a very bad experience so far.... if anyone would get the flawed radio it would be me man.. thanks |

Purplehaze, You mean you still have not contacted the Magnum Radios National Repair Shop ? It has been over 6 months now since you first posted this same question and I answered you and called Sam to let him know about your problem. Sorry lon i am not doging anyone. i apreciate the word with sam but thats how long i have beeen fighting it.I didnt by it here sure wished i had/// but like i said it would stop after i would change a jumper or push the power cord in.. i just thought it was my dumb*** not getting something right...until now it just wont stay keyed at all... i am not a tech.. my luck runs that way i didnt want to send it n a nd them say oh thiers nothing wrong your an moron... because it would work a month or so at a time.this no smear at copper or magnum just my luck.. i will prolly eat it but i do that alot so no biggie... i just hope it is something simple... is this a regular problem with the s-3..my guess is nope just mine hehehhehe... like i said no offence or blame towards anyone... |

Purplehaze, Sorry but NO this is not a regular problem and you are the only person I have ever heard this from. Your original post was over 6 months ago and when I called Sam at that time he had no reports of this happening before and I had never heard of any problems like this. In the last 6 months since you first posted I have never heard of this problem from any of the MANY Copper forum members who had ordered one. Magnum would have taken care of it 6 months ago for you but to be honest I have no idea if they will now or not. When you had a problem they would have fixed it but now it is over 9 months since you got it and that will be hard to explain as to why you did not call them and send it back in to be repaired.
