In my experiance the modulator works best in long distance contacts like DX. I have been told in town, it sounds kinda fuzzy but out of town its WAY better! Hope that gives you an idea BC |

so from what i can gather is its best to leave it off unless im trying to reach someone way out that then turn it on and twist the old knob hard to the right.does the radio put out the same power with the TG modulator off as it does on? |
