MONDAY thru FRIDAY 9am - 5pm This means that if you Submit / Post a Customer Service Question or try to place an Order after Regular Business Hours 5PM or on Holidays or Weekends Customer Service will not receive or see the Order or Question until they resume Regular Business Hours. If A Customer Service Question is Posted here on the Copper Forum After 5pm on Friday's, the Customer Service Dept will not see it or be able to answer that question until the following Monday morning when they Resume Normal Business hours. And Please Remember that none of the Copper Forum Techs or Moderators work for Copper Electronics, and we all volunteer our time on the Copper Forum here to help, as our time allows and we may not see your post until after Copper Electronics closing time. None of the Copper Forum Techs or Moderators are located in Louisville, KY. and we are all located in different times zones across the US. NOTE!
