Bob P and myself tried 12 meters about 24.975 well Bob P you sounded great! If i had a swr under 4 / 1 we would have had one of the first CEF qso's on 12 meters..... neat band. |

Thanks Bruce I heard you for a second, then a couple of guys asked who I was calling for, and that was about it. But that was pretty cool hope we can do it again. |

Pat As strong as Bob was if i had any power going out a qso would have been no problem. 12 meters is covered by many export radios and rangers and it was open long after cb and 10 had closed. Time to think of a way to make my dipole work that band. |

Bruce build a GATOROD and put up check the one i built for 12 meter and have a 1.7 on it !!!! i will be on the band ears only just to see how this funny antenna will pickup on 12 meter !!! P.S. Lon where did you get your big MFJ switch box cause i need one now !!!!! LOL Allagator |
