They sell for $20 up to over $500 per transistor depending on the one you need. RF Parts sells them. COPPER sells one or two types. Unless you really want the experience, I highly recommend the COPPER KL series. Check the quality right back to Italy where they are made. |

Rich, The Kit's are a lot of fun and a good learning experience but the way Part's have jumped up in price it can get very expensive. Good Luck if you choose to build one let's us know how thing's go! Lon Tech808 |

I have a couple of plans for mobil linears but never went ahead and built one 140 watt 300 watt, a low distortion driver for ssb 20 watt 1.6 to 30 Mhz 60 watt 225 400 mhz |
