i just got a problem,i have a lot of standing wave in my moble. i was on my way to work when i noticed on my meter that i had very high standing wave,so i tryed to go over it from top to bottom starting with my jumpers(2) than i went to work on the ant. ,a 5 ft. frances on a trunk mt. all this was fine so i worked with it and i got it down to .5 on the radio but it is still a 3 on my kicker(black cat 300) and some times it goes up to 3lb.s and it'll go down(car is not moving)since my standing wave was at 1 lb. radio,1.8 with the box.is there anything that i can do to find the problem. i have also tryed another ant,k-40 and it still does the same thing.my radio is a vr9000 and a black ct300. i am stumped and i need some help. thanks for all the help. hoskinmage(cry baby) |

I had that problem once myself in my car. I did everything I could to bring it down. Never could, Another Tech told me it was my amp that was responsible for the trouble. Was internal. I finally took the amp out of the loop and the problem was solved. But that was just me, I can't say what your problem is exactly, Could be a bad cable end etc. |
