I am not sure about this but I think it was the Dual Final version of the Connex 3300HP. Just guessing here. I ran a search on Connex 3300HP-ZX and came up with a coversion that said Make your Connex 3300 HP into a Connex 3300-HP-ZX and showed how to make it into a dual final radio. Lon Tech808

it is a driver. rci (the maker of connex) has never made a 3 final radio. the 33000hp-zx is a dual final version of the 3300. the hp part stands for 'h-igh p-ower'. i don't have a clue in hell what the 'zx' stands for. |

i had one on the bench about 6 months ago. it had a freq counter hook up on the back. other than that no noticable difference between zx and reg 3300hp, just my .02 |
