What you need is the UG-176 Reducer.

hey okay. i bought one for my (81 year old) mother last year and she rides it on the local bike path which is mostly flat, but has some slight grades. she has a little trouble on the grades and i wondered about the availbilty of a multi speed hub. hers is a single speed. i changed the front sprocket to gear it down but then she had to pedal more all the time....aj
