go to ask the tech, you will get a world of knowledge from the person doing this, try to ask specific questions so you can get all the correct answers. good luck

The mod for the vr-9000---take the top cover off and you will see 4 resistors in the front right hand side. Clip them out! You radio now will go from 25.615 to 28.305mhz |

If you will take the time to read the old postings on this forum you will be amazed at how many questions there are already answered,especially about the VR 9000.73's |

Well I did it I ordered one around 4:00am so now I will go nuts waiting till wed. Thanks to all of you with all the info about what I think will be the last radio I will need to buy. I hope anyway? Like most others I like what this radio has to offer. Thanks all. Tang164@Yahoo.com |
