Seems everytime i go to another CB forum i always end up right back on here. Happens to me all the time! Some forums the people are just downright rude and nasty even if you ask a simple question but it seems on Coppers most of the guys all seem pretty decent! Ive learned a lot of info on these forums since ive been on here and most of the info i get is put to use. |

Ive been on a lot of other sites and IMHO this one is about the most valuable to me. Most eveyone on here seems to get along fine and there are few arguments. I got on one site and all i did was ask a simple question and i got cussed at! I dont need that kind of stuff slung at me... |

Seriously. look at some of the other forums. A lot of those guys all they want to do is argue, cuss, and put down everyone that doesnt agree with them 100%? I see ** ****** forum has gone that way somemwhat by the C**P i see on there.

Truthfully, the people who participate on this forum are the real reason it is what it is.
I think I have had around 150 or more posts in my queue to approve or disapprove. Out of all those, I have only tossed out one. I have edited three. The rest were good to go. That's impressive and gives you an insight to the level of class the Copper forum participants maintain. |

And then there are the forums that revoke your password if you don't stick to the "party line". One post that isn't "politically correct", or advice that saves some guy a few bucks but costs the forum's sponsor a potential sale, and you're revoked.
Not mentioning names, but good riddance to 'em, I say. The one vote you get is with your feet. That's why I'm here and not there, any more.

right and i remember them very well.... I got banned in a week after i gave some guy some advice on a radio he wanted to buy that was prone to problems. They banned me and sent me a email loaded with four letter words and that was all she wrote!!! Im glad they are gone now but theres another place spawning on the web that seems alot like them! |

HATS OFF to the Coppers gang for doing a great job managing this website.
Also, what makes the forummaster's job easy is the common goal that drives most posts on the site...positive promotion of the hobby!

i just started working on cb's in the last 6 months and i found this site 3 days ago and have learnded more from thise forums than any thing else in the last 6 months. the people here are polite and seem egear to help every one, even the new commers.

Id say copper is better than at least 150% of them..... Everywhere else you go it is mostly the regulars looking down there nose at the rest of the crowd. No one wants to help anyone they just want start an argument. |

I like this forum alot when I get on the computer this is the first place I look cause there is always something to learn from here. I really enjoy it. I took advise from the forummaster and ordered a radio from copper last friday should be here next week cant wait to get it. thanks copper for this great forum and the techs who help everybody out. |

Ive been a customer of Coppers off and on for well over 10 years.. Most of all my stuff i started out with back years ago was all bought from Coppers LOL. |

I'm not a tech and far from it but some of those so-called tech's has cost me alot of hard earned cash. It's nice to have some place to go and where some one doesn't get nasty for asking a dumb question,sometimes you have to ask to learn thanks to all who help!!!! |

AMEN to that. You guys have been a godsend to me. I figure 2/3rds of coppers forum are hams, and I'm glad that the final 3rd of the forum which consists of Cbers, myself included has reaped the benefits of such knowledgeable and friendly forum members. By the way, the ratio to ham to Cbers on this forum that I mentioned is just an educated guess. |

Some of my old haunts have gone south lately in the past year or so.. This forum seems to be the same thanks in large to a great team of moderators that keep the forum clean and rated "PG"..
Im here to stay i think. Even if i dont agree with some of the subjects that are talked about on here I really like it here!! |

Karatebutcher,You are sur enough right about conditions...I can most always hear california, but not so much lately. A strom will beat the signals down to the ground. Then maybe things will change, but you also have to remember we are on the backside of that 11 year cycle, may get worst before it get's better..Appreciate you... |
