i heard somewhere on here they were gonna have a review on the imax2k with gpk. and the maco5/8 wave. i cant find where i read that now was woundering if they done it yet or not. if they did where would the results be posted. would like to know best OVERALL anttena between these two greats

This is a real hard one to answer, look on the main page for SUBSCRIBER PREVIEW then click on Product Reviews there you will find the review on the Imax2000 as well as the review on the GP Kit and A chart listing "HOW to choose a Ground Plane Antenna," which will give you a comparison of the different antennas.

The COPPER Site is full of helpful information just keep clicking and read everything.
