I have thought about this radio as a possible new base.
Is it as good as the 2990 or better in terms of reliability and quality? does it ahve the power that the 2990 had? Whats the max it will do when peaked and tuned?
I would like some insight on this radio and a few owner/operator opinions please.

I have a 2995dx. Its awesome, great recieve, super loud and clean audio, it go's from 24.000 to 32.000 it does 150w on AM and 200w on SSB plus it looks cool.
