I currently own a texas ranger 11 meter radio, I am looking to upgrade to radio with more features and channels. Where I work everyone says to get a galaxy but online it doesn't seem like they are all all that popular. I know that alot of people like the president models and the ranger comm. If anyone has sugestions it would be appreciated. |

clifforion....I would recommend the magnum 257.....awsome radio for the money...very easy to mod and great audio |

I have a Galaxy DX 44 and I love mine.Has great audio and talks real well.I would highly suggest the 44.

Don't do what I did(buy the first "BIG" radio I seen) SHop around, what do you really want to use the radio for.
then spend the money on the BIGGGGGG radio |

Mobile or base what do you want?
Galaxys are fine IMHO but i myself like rangers i guess its what im used to.... |
