13.8 - 20 volts DC, what, 400 amps? For a base, thats 8 astron RS 70's linked up. Oh, also a new breaker in the main panel at your house. Oh yeah, a bigger air conditioner in your shack. Did you see the 100 feet or so of RG 316 coax going to all the combiners and how it's wound into chokes in the back? The coils of coax are probably to keep the stray RF down on the outside of your coax, between the radio and amp? It's hard to see but between the input transformers and the pills, is that some biasing goin' on? Can't see the soldering, but it looks well put together. Znut |

Try 800 amps DC, that's just to run that box, plus the required 150a to run a 2x6 driver. |

people fall in the cracks some time also he was carefull to keep his auction time short to help combat detection although it was screaming cb shootout amp. we should all email wy0v@aol.com and ask him how he missed this obvious shootoutamp. |
