Wondering if anyone has used the online order service. I used it sunday and have not even recieved conformation of the order shipment. When I call its always delivered usually the next day. Forum Master Note : You should have received a confirmation email right after you placed your order. The order confirmation email is automatically sent by the shopping cart software. If you don't receive the confirmation email within minutes of placing your order something has gone wrong. Call 1-800-626-6343 tomorrow and ask for Suzanne in customer service.

Fdirsh I've ordered many times and copper is #1 in customer service In my job i deal with a large number of electronice dealers some are outright nasty act like they are doing YOU a service in taking your money. Suzanne is a creit to coppers the VERY few times there was a problem i got a e-mail right away and a furm ship date. UNLIKE a now defunk place in texas that took my money and took 4 months to ship a $50 radio copper here to florida runs about 3-4 days NEVER a problem. Bruce |

Yes, it is clear to me that Copper's has made customer service a priority, especially in recent times. When so many on-line dealers have popped up in the last 2 or 3 years, I figure that with more competition on price and selection than ever before (not to mention the word-of-mouth aspect of the internet), customer service is what will keep the return business coming. As we all know, very few of us radio heads make just one radio purchase and end it there, lol. ps Auctionmaster, how about a klv-400 base on the nightly sometime, eh? |
