C'mon you guys there's only so many techs and hundreds of us,some of us are on the ball and ask every possible question in one post and one or more techs do their level best to answer them, but some of us continually ask one q. at a time, spaced minutes apart and we get p.o.ed when the tech doesn't answer every q. when we want him to.So write on a piece of paper every question you can think of pertaining to your problem and put it in one post, and give the tech a day or two he'll answer your question and you'll have loads of info to digest and it puts his time to best use. They're here to serve and they do so cheerfully,so put as much info in your post as you can think of,because they can only answer one-post-at-a-time,remember this and we'll all be happy campers. This is my humble opinion. |

It gets deep Bigbob..Some 100 emails a day plus 20-30 posts in all of about minus 4 hours of our time which means we need at least 28 hours a day PLUS family time (if any)...We try our best...This does NOT include all the repairs I do for Copper since I am the radio repair center alone...AND work 44 hours a week full time for you know who... 307 |
