Last week I had to take down my I-Max 2000 because the center bottom section became a little loose and it was leaning which ever the way the wind was blowing. When I went to check how tight the top section was the stud busted right off, so I called up the good folk's in Holland Ohio and they UPS'ed me a new top section right away. No charge and no questions asked. That's what I call backing up your product. An excellent antenna, and a great company. Thanks Solarcon!! |

Hey Taz, a bud just got an old JG 4 Star, the old anodized type, from another bud recently and all the plastic tips and segment caps had gone bad. You know the stuff that makes them look pretty. Jo Gunn sent him a brand new kit full of those accessories. Have you called and asked them about the problems you have with your Jo Gunn? Just give them a call. Marconi |
