HELLO everyone well i just bought
a used northstar 9000 and i love it
i talked to germany yesterday and
texas this morning this radio strolls
pretty good. but one thing on lower
side band where i do all my talking
the meter is off even with the rf gain
all the way down it still reads s 9
my last radio did not do this is there
any thing i can do to fix this

Find the s-meter pot and turn it down,I don't know where it is,a lot of shady "techs"turn up the s-meter pots and fool their customers into thinking they really tuned them up,hog-wash. |
