So whats the story on Sheriff Bob and the Purple Turtle out of Arizona? I tuned in the (freebander) INT call freq to listen for a spell and all I hear is these 2 bozos talking over DX calls for about 10 hours every day. They have such foul language that I had to use headphones so my son wouldn't hear their vulgarity. After just a few minutes of listening, I'm convinced that they are rogue ham operators, and positive that they do not have jobs. At least one is using an expensive HF rig. thoughts? |
