I used to have a modified JB 2000 6 Meter rig with Pete Dahl windings. Like an ass I sold it. I would like to possibly find a replacement. I have thought about going with the newer 3CX10000A7 tube type unit but something about the lower wattage convenience and cost makes me like the old 3-500Z's. |

Did you really mean "Three-see-ecks-TEN-thousand" ???
That one comes with crane hooks. So does a power supply big enough.
Did you maybe mean the 3CX1500A7 / 8877 tube like the Ameritron AL-1500 uses? A mean tube. Just don't overdrive it. They're expensive.
