im really curious about how the new "stop sign" mike sounds. has anybody tried one yet? how does the audio compare to the old d-104 ?

ELPASOGUNSLINGER, hey, no I have not heard anyone useing them, I am on the radio most of the day and when some people describe their equipment I have not heard of one, I my self only use the D104, 27 years of them, I love them |

I will be ordering one of the SILVER SALUTE BASE MICS, later today from COPPER to do a REVIEW on this NEW DESK MIC. Between my wife (808xyl) and myself plus the other's who are always popping in to test Mic's & Radios, we should be able to POST the results in about a week to week & 1/2.
I have two of the VOYAGE VR900's but both are Peaked & Tuned so I will also be ordering a "STOCK" Voyage VR900 to also do a REVIEW on.
Will keep you and everyone posted on upcoming results.

A local here by me just got one and I can't tell a notable differance between it and his d-104 on AM. dont know about ssb. and he is only 15 miles away. |
