...I had some great buys on 11 meter equipment a week or so ago, shame the GREAT stuff went to Mississippi and the LOUSY stuff was sold to locals....pay backs are FUN...( praise the LORD )...BIG FOOT |

That would be ok if it was TRUELY a 10 meter radio with readout and not a channel selector but not first choice for my next radio |

Dang!$419, Thats $75 cheaper than my local shop is asking for that same radio!I think I'll stick with my 99 and my 225 palomar.....for about the same price. |

We were talking a while back about how e-bay kicks some equipment off so fast. I guess its according to how big a seller you are, if its some guy that's just sold a few things, its gone immediately, and you get a warning, that if it happens again, your account will be suspended. The big sellers, like this one below, can get by with it, he has two or three amplifiers listed under CB radio now, and they have been running 5 days. In fact there are 8 or 10 listed now that have been running several days. Guess its who you know, huh.

Oh and by the way, A lot of people seem to be under the misquided conception that P.T Barnum made the statement once that "There's a sucker born every minute." Actually, he never said that. Not being a smart guy here. Just being informative is all. |
