Hey It's Mocassion Again I was wondering Right Now I have a 1967 Gto. I Want to know what is the best Antenna To hold 2kw And Is Really High and gets out. I have just recently bought a 10 pill Dave Made for the Car And Im Driving that with a 2 pill dave made. And I need to upgrade Right Now I have a k40 I was Thinking Of cutting Out the hole Trunk So i can put all The Amps Back There And Make were there is no back seat. I know My engine Can handle It because i recently modified My chasie to fit a 12 Cy engine And I Am buying 2 More alt. for it. It Goes Very Fast LOL I Love Cars. But this one Is Just for My Mobile Station. I ALso Need To Know What is the best Mod For The Adding Extra Channels To A Cobra 19.

think 10 amps per 100 watts is a good rule of thumb. |

Ummmmm.12 cylinder engine?Cut out the whole trunk?Destroy a classic car?Heck just cut a hole in the top with a torch and mount a 102 whip on it!Your kidding I hope,maybe sell the GTO and buy a Granada or something and have change left over. |

Get a mr. COILY antenna. He also sells the mounting hardware. You'll need both of these items, if you're going to run that kind of power.!!! However I can't believe you are going yo wipe out such a fine automobile.!!! Sure you would'nt like to trade it for a chevy p.u. or a Firebird? Thanks Man.... Ya i have About 3 Gto's 2 Are Keepers and this one is really kind of juncky so i did alot of mods 2 it in turned it into a my mobile Station..

Mocassian - How could you do that to a classic car. I am the 2nd owner of my 67 and it is ALL ORIGINAL even down to the paint and I will never change anything on it. If I really need a radio in my car I will use a hand held. I am not trying to make you mad at me but it is so sad how people kill cars. Leave classic cars alone. GM had it together in the 60's...
