Hello iam looking for a spare RF Limited vs10000 voice scrambler.The units work as pair when set to the same combination and provide private conversations when needed.I will pay top dollar! dozer@astound.net

Dozer..a sometimes overlooked fact is that a "scrambler" using speech inversion technology on AM can be easily decoded by listening to the signal with SSB or CW mode. Also, SSB scrambling can be decoded by tuning in the signal on the opposite sideband. Just FYI.

707 Thanks for info,iam going to have my freind try to decode my scramblers audio in the way you mentioned and see if he can understand my conversation.I'll let you know how well it works some time soon.

Well *sigh* its been sold....... :-( Sorry!
I went over there Sat. and he said he didnt have it anymore. That darn thing sat in his case for over 10 years and no one ever batted an eye at it then all of a sudden when i find someone that wants it, what do you know, its gone!!

707 The Ramsey SS70 descrambler works great for a
scanner when listening to a freq. between 46-47mgz.as well as 42-44mgz.I have used it for this perpose for the last few years with great results.Iam shere you know what iam talking about.Any how thanks for trying to help.
