Hey guys, I have just aquired a few hundred (287) tubes, Nothing super special.***NO AMP OR SWEEP TUBES*** But then again if your looking for one to make an old favorite AM radio work it might be special to you. So before I list them on e-Bay I would be willing to look through them and see if I have what you looking for, I have them seperated already by some sort of order. Like 3s, 4s, 5s, 6, and so on. I know this is not a sales forum. and I am not offering them for sale here. But if the FourmMaster allows this to be posted, contact me via E-mail and I will take what ever you feel the tubes are worth, plus shipping to you destination. I will do this for a period of 10 days to help my fellow Operators and enthusists. At the end of ten days from the post I will then list the remaining tubes in several lots on e-bay. I have over 100 of these tubes that are 6's...I have completely retubed an old Cobra Cam 88, That I have had for many yrs. I am not saying that I don't do this tube thing to make money, But I would like to help anyone who is in search of a few tubes to keep some old transciever going or to bring an old favorite to life again...*(Friends are always better than money)*I will take what your willing to pay, Provided that I don't lose money on shipping, you will be required to pay shipping.
All these tubes are new old stock that were from a gentleman who did repair work a few yrs back and has passed away. Some of boxes are in sad shape, but I had a friend test a handful of them for me, out of the 25-30 he checked none were bad. I am not saying that there aren't any that maybe bad, but it is my belief that this gentleman never saved any pulls....So if this makes the post, Please feel free to inquire, make sure you mark you e-mail Copper Forum Tube Special, so I will know what is what, and just for the record no files/or attachments Please....Thanks OHIOBIKER~575~....aka...Trans-America 5275

Ohio Biker you are correct normally I wouldn't allow a post to sell items but I am this time for three reasons.
1) You are offering the tubes more as a service than for a profit.
2) The tubes are something we don't sell and don't plan on selling.
3) All replies to this will be via email and won't clog up the forum. |
