The answer is simple. Copper is not connected in any way with H&Y. The owners of Copper own the Internet Service Provider "Iglou". Iglou is a large regional internet provider. H&Y is a customer of Iglou. Copper is a customer of Iglou. Copper and Iglou operate out of the same building. |

watch out...if you use the H&Y website to make a purchase, you will be assessed a $5 "handling fee" which doesn't show up until AFTER you click to purchase, and the transaction is completed. Its not like $5 is a big deal, but it IS 10% over the advertised "web special" price for one particular item, making it "not so special" after you factor in the high shipping. IMHO, "handling fees" from an established retailer are just an underhanded way to charge more for the item...especially when you pull it out of the customers wallet after he's already stuck it back in his pocket.. |

NEVER HAD PROBLEM WITH H AND Y BUT COPPER BEEN BETTER TO ME BY FAR. soory for cap locks. every company can and does offer different services and products. for example h and y have alan 9001 aka emperors while copper does not but copper carries more radio then h and y does. everyone has problems with every company at one time or another but we all learn and go on. copper been great so i use them . hey you be the judge. |
