I JUST RECIEVED MY 2990DX TODAY AND SUZANNE HAS HELPED ME WITH ALLLLLLLL MY PURCHASES IN THE PAST,,, IVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH HER SO MUCH JUST CAUSE IM A NERVOUS NELLY AND SHES NEVER RUSHED ME OFF THE PHONE SHE ALWAYS TOOK HER TIME WITH ANY QUESTIONS AND WAS VERY HONEST WITH ANSWERS NO FALSE PROMISES MADE EVER!!!!!!!! THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT !!!!!!!!

Now we know why those "other" resellers are so afraid of Copper!
