10khz jump-you need a center off single pole double throw switch cut the track pin9 goes to left side of switch, pin16 center, pin18 to the other side. you will get 3a down, 7a up,11a down,15a up,19a down.there is another mod for mor channels, ill have to look for it.mine went from 26.175 to 28.045. with no channel kit

only problem with the jumper method is tooo many repeated channels. prefer using a kit as they run consecutivly with no skips or repeats except whats on the dial already. just like an export radio.why screw around with the cheap and dirty method when a professional looking job can be done? my own persoanl opinion of course..:-)

mine went from 26.175 to 28.045 and did not repeat any channels or skip.mine was done by a professional tech.and it looked nice to.it just depends on what you know and how much you know.

some radios are like cars how many 148 or 2's died a early death not many... it truley amases me that CB radios stand up as well as they do even the "bad" ones.
