Is one way to tell if a cobra built in the Philipines with the Uniden board is if it has the mic plug on the side? I niticed that the older ones have the side mic and the newer ones have the front mic.But I didnt know if this a sure fire way of telling the good ones from the bad ones.The reason I ask is because I am looking for an old one to add to my collection.Dont want a sound crapper.Thanks in advance..Eddie

I know it says where it was made on the back.But if you are looking on ebay for the Philipine made radio, they dont always show you a picture of the rear tag.
