It seems we can't post in the mods section anymore, so I hope I can post this question here:

Can someone confirm which HI/LO crystals are used to give the (MB8719) Cobra 148/Grant XL the HI/LO channels?

I think the upper crystal is 11.4758 MHz and he lower is 11.1758 MHz ? Can someone confirm?
