i picked up 2 radios and have a few questions, the first is on the 88hl when I turn on the radio it jumps way up over 33xxx for around 10 min until I turn it off and back on then its fine. I read it happens but this bad ? what can be done to fix this ? second is on the 66 it doesn't turn on at all but power present at the on/off switch what could this be ? |
