EEI is upset because they can't pay for the amps they want to sell so there fore we had to stop doing business with them.
They took more orders than they could pay for. And when we would no longer front them because of their lack of payment they got upset.
Plus they are charging peoples credit cards and they are not getting there product, so stay away for EEI they are now longer doing any buisness but taking money

EEI posted on their forum that they were dropping Xforce because the quality had gone down. When will people stop believing these guys?
One of their ex-employees "David" wants us to trust him. If Kenneth Lay from Enron starts a new business we should all go out and buy stock in that too.
Charger is running around telling everyone that he was not to blame he was just a little guy caught in the middle. Isn't this the same Charger that went from forum to forum defending EEI even when he knew they were blatantly cheating customers?
Happy Hamer posted a picture of a sinking ship on EEI's forum and they weren't smart enough to know what it meant.
Be careful boys the ship is going down and the rats are fleeing.

LOL!!!! IIRC Charger used to go back and forth between the EEI forum and a few others. Hed defend EEI on thier forum and then get on another forum and bash EEI!!!!! So what does that say??? |

Well not to be slaming on anyone but there is a couple of people on this forum who are apart of the eei forum and I want nothing to do with them. EEI is a company who has alot of probs with the bbb. And instead of them handling it on the forum they just ban you and give you a bunch of crap about how everyone has 1956 educations. Like I said the engineer from motarola that i know has no 1956 education and probly will out smart all of the eei bone heads with both hands behind his back. |

I must agree with all that has been said above. Charger is pulling a fast one and so is David. Take a look at David's website and you will see much of the same web design that has gone into his former (?) employers site. Don't fall for scam #1025. David was as much of a part of the problem as was his employer. Many of the lies being told came from his mouth. David's site may just be a means of EEI trying to scam us and move to another site. Charger has been less than honest through all of this. Don't fall for it! Don't believe it! Just buy from copper and let the rest just wither on the vine. |

That damn 383 is a follower big time. He was the one that got me banned from EEIs forums because i was complaining about them on another forum and he saw it and went back to EEI crying like a baby... Boy what a LOSER!! That guy must not have a life. Goes to other forums and boo hoos allo over the place about how bad his life is and how bad EEI was/is to him then goes right back to EEI and tells them all the BS if someone is/was badmouthing EEI then EEI sends whomever a nasty email just like they did to me! |

Most of the complaints I have read are about people not getting their orders in a timely fashion, and mod limiters being ripped out of TT'ed radios. |

Those crooks will pay someday.
It seems thee guys that buy from them are ususally one time buyers (like me) and then learn of their evil ways and then never go back. Oh someday they will foind out when the words get spread of how bad they are.
If this tells you something, my tech has about 5 to 6 Turbo Tuned 2990DXs and 2995s that they screwed up for variuos guys that they will not fix under warantee. They all have the same problem.. The turbo tune fried the power supply!! Almost all the new now non working radios guy send to him all came from the same place and have the same problems... :-( |

Skullcracker, I've been waiting to exchange a radio I bought from EEI. They told me, "no problem", gave me a RMA # and told me it would be 4-6 weeks before they would get there new line of radios in. I called every week since the end of Jan of this yr. Now I can't get anyone on the phone or my e-mails answered. Now I know why.I will stick with Copper....... |

It's the same old line when a dealer can't compete on price he cry's that the other guy is selling refurbished radios. When you hear this lie run for the door because you are about to be screwed.
I think it's ironic that David Pace is here complaining about people lying about him when he was on EEI's forum destroying peoples reputations with his lies. My how the tables have turned. How many times has he cheated or aided in the cheating of customers on EEI's forum. David is finally getting his just desserts, and I for one hope he is never allowed to cheat or hurt another person again.
Don't fall for his phoney act, see him for what he is.

You know what, I have never asked that, nor implied that. All that I ask is that you not come on message boards and forums,like this one, and lie about me. If you don't trust me, and you don't ever buy from me, that is your choice. In fact, I can somewhat understand that stance simply because I did used to work for EEI. Just remember, you may have been burned by EEI, but you are not the only one. I worked there for two years, and what do I have to show for it? Nothing. Now I find out that Mr. Faulkner is blaming his lack of business skills on me. To top it off, I check out Copper's forum, and I read a bunch of lies about myself, and my website.
Am I asking you to trust me? No. I would like that you did, but that is not why I sent you the email, or replied here under this topic. I do, however, ask that if you must cast stones, that you make sure that they are the truth. I mentioned Job 4:8, and if you read it, you will understand why I mentioned it. I'm sure that if I lied about you on an open forum, you would have tried to defend yourself just as I am.
Once again, I'm not asking for your business or your trust, but I am asking that you do not lie, or spread rumors that are not factual about me. If you cannot do this, or if you think this is "preaching", well, you may need to check yourself out in the mirror.

Thanks to all you guys who stood up for us in thread, but forget about it. Ignore these folks. Let those who want to trash each other and other retailers go to other forums.
We (I) are too busy to argue about all those old beefs and worry about who can undersell who, or who wants to spread rumors about selling refurbished equipment, or whose tune ups are better or who's this or that is better, yada, yada, yada.
I remember a while back where a member of the Copper management went a round with Mike Faulkner on the Panther Forum about all this old crap.
Who's left standing?
It's the same old crap rehashed over and over again. Same S*** different day. Damn, I feel like I am at work! I don't this work so I can get stressed out. If I wanted that I would stay at my regular job!
Anyway, let David and Pacetronics alone. Let him do his own thing. If he wants to do a decent job and run a ethical business, let him. If he does something that screws people over in numbers, we'll all hear about it soon enough. Forget them.
We have one of the, if not the most successful radio related forum on the internet. Why? Because we stick to radio. Don't let this fine institution turn into the pissing match that has become the other boards. The Forum Master, 307, and I have busted our asses for over a year to make this thing into what it is.
So as a favor to me, 307, the Forum Master, and the rest of the staff at Copper Electronics, lets lay these old beefs to rest and worry about what we are really here for. To help the radio public and those who are our loyal customers enjoy their hobby.
LET"S LEAD BY EXAMPLE!
