On the left of the Forum here you will see: Utilities Search Contact User List Users Online Text Chat Status Voice Chat Status Edit Profile Click on Edit Profile Then Scroll down until you see: Preferences The following section allows you to specify your preferences for the operation of the board. The board needs to know who you are in order to use many of these settings. Consequently, for many of these features to work, you need to enable the cookie option. Remember my username and password in a cookie Check the Box in front of the line above. Then scroll down to the Bottom of that area and click on: Save Profile Changes Forummaster CEF001 CVC001

that box was already checked but I went all the way to the bottom and it has new password which was already filled in and verify new password...put your password in there and then save changes and you won't have to log in on each topic anymore Jeff Moderator636 CEF0636 CVC68 CEF HAM#245

It seems to be a global problem, I am having it too. I also checked the box "Remember my username and password in a cookie", but no change. I have to re-enter user name and password every time I post. Also, every time I go into the moderator's control panel section. Your radio 'Mythbuster' since 1998

I'm not experiencing the problem. What browser are you guys using? If everyone could post their browser and browser version - and if they are or are not experiencing the problem. I have tried it in Firefox 3.6.12, Internet Explorer 7, Google Chrome 7 and Safari 4.0. There might also be something blocking the cookie from being stored like a virus program. I did go ahead a make storing the cookie a system-wide setting. Thanks! Forummaster CEF001 CVC001

I.E. 8 on XP pro at home and W7 at work. Same problem both locations. Also, other settings experienceing same sumptoms, for example- I have setting checked to open links in new wondow. However, when I click on a link (thread) it opens in same window. I have to enter my user name and password every time I post a reply, it doesn't fill in the boxes for me. And, when moderating, if I want to edit a post or move something, I get an error message "You must be logged in to perform that action" or similar. I am unable to perform most moderator functions. The problems started about a month ago or so. Your radio 'Mythbuster' since 1998
