I just was reading some old post's just to pass away time and I came across several post's people have put up concerning the auctions. It seems everyone wants more and different things on the auction but,and I have checked every night for a while,I have only seen two people bidding on the nightly auctions and only saw three bids other than mine on the regular auction. I was successful in bidding to win on the "307 special" but would like to get some more equipment off the auction site but 4 or 5 people bidding ain't gonna do it. Come on guys either get out of the radio room for a little while and get on the computer or put the computer in the radio room and bid on an auction some. There is a lot of good stuff on there and could, and probably will be,more put in if we all bid alittle bit. Sorry so long but I know I read 10 or 12 posted topics on the auction. Just don't understand why they all want it,but don't want to bid on it. |

Bullseye: I'm not really into auctions. If I want some equipment I'll call Copper and have them ship it to me.Every now and then I'll bid on a item just to get the ball rolling. |

I came in late, and was going to bid on the KLV350 they had on there and missed it by a minute. I didn't realize I had to register seperately for the auction. By the time I got back, too late. |

I'm not pointing at anyone in particular, but looking back at past posting's alot were complaining when the nightly auctions were suspended. All I'm trying to get across is if you can't get but 4 or 5 people bidding it does'nt pay to have it on so if they are discontinued we have no-one to blame but ourselves. |

Bullseye, I didn't take it as a finger pointer, I was just hoping the auction master might read this and put it back up on the auction tonight, so I can buy it. Especially if they'd put it on there for $150, wink, wink. I kept trying to bid on the KLV350 base amp, and I didn't realize I had to register for that. I didn't get on the forum until like 5 mins before the auction closed, oh well, another time. |
