i wouldnt even bother loading the klv 550 amp with another amp. it will over drive it probably bad anyway. a good export radio will drive the base nicely and itll last longer that way. you will see more watts if you drive the base but not for long with an added linear. just use export radio and youll be good to go. just my 2 cents. good luck
