i have a 5 tone roger beep and no talk back,but the roger beep comes through the speaker real loud every time it goes off. is there any cure so i dont have to hear it. |

have that same problem with my washington base that i have mine in. so if anyone can help him itll help me too. i had talk back in mine as well as 2 echo boards with robot/voice changers , 5 tone roger beeps, and about 5 switches for channels!! i have since taken talk back out but the dang roger beep still comes thru. ok good luck man |

It is because it does't delay the recieve. What is happening is you are "recieving" the roger beep. The way I usually get around it is to install a single tone after the 5 tone to switch it for me. I'm sure somone out could easily make a delay switch to stop it from doing that. I don't know why workman didn't incorperate that into the 5 tone. |
