i have the 30 wat 257 blue screen. So far I run rf and mic gain wide open. Friends say it sounds good and loud but they all run over modulating muffled cbs and say they sound good. Is to hi a dead key hard on it? I am just trying to get the 30 or so pep wats. I don't want to hurt the radio. I don't have a meter. Will this cb swing its max with a lower dead key? Any susjustions on mic gain and dead key would be appreciated. |

Adjust RV4 inside the radio all the way open.
