Picked up a remote mount Cobra 66LTD the other day. This radio was purchased at a yard sale and does not tx/rx One of the internal relays on the main board clicks when the microphone button is pressed, but the other relay does not

If anyone has a schematic/service information on that old Cobra 66LTD I would appreciate it. Thanks
