What mic is anyone using on the hr2600, I use the stock mic, but it seems you have to talk right into it to get a lot of audio..Anyone using a power mic or what on this radio?

I used a number of different powered microphones both mobile and base on my HRadios. Whatever microphone sounds good with your voice on other radios will sound good on the HRadios.
I do find that I usually go back to the stock microphone because I like to use the buttons on the microphone to change frequency. With a Chipswitch it's even more useful than stock. |

I use a JCD-201m on my Lincoln(used exclusivly as a base) with very good reports.
