I have a 100 watt Samlex it gives me really bad rf problem's for my radio. no matter the brand radio. I have done just about everything they said to fix this problem snap on rf choke's on the ac line, on the dc line, on the radio ac line, on the coax to the radio. I installed ceramic disk cap's. on the dc output. 120,000 uf cap's. to help filter the dc side of the Samlex. it help's only a little but not enough. other than trash can what can I do? it is 10 year's old. never could use it for the rf. but would like to.
