Cobra where in New Orleans is gas that price. REG 1.85 - 1.90 MID 1.95 - 1.99 HIGH 2.08 - 2.15 Well I am checking major gas stations like Shell and Amoco. Maybe yours are the cheap stations that are falling apart and are not pure gas. |

I still say a massive Truckers strike would cure this problem fast! Stop the Fuel trucks from running for a few days. Other trucks and autos have no choice but to stop. No fuel, No go, That would send a major msg to our leaders in Washington. |

Gas here in Eastern Oregon is $2.10. What worries me more is the $3.50 for a gallon of milk. |

I worry about the Milk prices as the Forummaster told me to drink Milk everyday so I can grow up to be BIG AND STRONG like him some day! If he wasnt about 6'7" and about 250, I would not feel so little when we go to vist Copper. He also mentioned a Gallon a day gives me more energy for the Forum. Lon |

OH GOD! I still have powdered Milk and Powdered Eggs. I never liked the taste of the milk. But I have gotten used to the taste of the eggs. They aren't bad if prepared right.

Well, I'm happy to see that not one of you guys blamed the high price of gasoline on our President. There is more oil being pumped out of this earth around the world than can possibly be used. We have only OPEC to blame for the high prices of fuel. And there is nothing we can do about it--and they know it. When we start seeing more and more electric cars on the road, fuel prices will plummet. Then it will be OPECs' turn to squirm as we tell them to "Kiss Off". Jeff. |

Hmmm, powdered eggs.best way I found to prepare them was scrambled style with just a hint of bacon grease.then pour over that dish of Gravey Train on floor next to the refridgerator.Gives fido a nice shiny coat! |

They are already saying that the electric car sales have sky rocketed. Tech 237, Gas prices scare me. I don't have to pay $30/week for milk. Only about $7 a week for milk. |

Cactusjack, Look at that in relationship. Thats $7 per week for what 2 galllons and $30 per week for how many gals of gas?? What I was gettting at is although gas is expensive just be grateful your car doesnt run on milk, whiskey or something else that is more expensive. Maybe I dont see paying $22 to fill up my Rangers 15g tank as too bad when it costs me $40-50 to fill the 8 gal tank on the race car. Everything is relative. Actually it doesnt cost me at all - main sponsor is a Chevron Gas Station (grin). |
