Hey what happened to the add on kits that copper used to sell that when added made them put out around 50 watts. They were mounted to the rear of the radio and had heat sinks built in. Anyone seen them anymore? |

I don't know, but that would be nice if they just put out around 20 or so. But the KL 40 will do that. And there are many other very small amps that will do that and keep your signal clean. |

Crafter, With the KL-40 and KL-60 coming out I don't think there was much demand for them anymore. |

I would imagine you are right. I purchased the KL 40 and it seems to work. I only use it when talking distance. Which is about the only thing in the area. Can't wait to get my ticket........argh. |
