Copper Forum Rules

COPPER FORUM MEMBER'S
Please read this entire page before posting messages in our forum. If you don't, you may find that you inadvertently break our rules and have your messages refused or edited. Save yourself some time and learn the rules!
#1 ~ Advertising
You will not advertise or solicit other members to buy, sell or peruse any products or services through this discussion forum.
You may not post links to direct competitors of Copper Electronics.
#2 ~ Personal Attacks, Flaming, Bashing, and Trolling
You will not post material that is knowingly defamatory, illegal, abusive, threatening, harassing, or racially offensive.
You will not persistently create conflict without contributing anything useful(trolling).
You will not violate a person's privacy by publishing against someone's will information that is private and personal.
#3 ~ Unregistered Visitors
Unregistered users may post in the areas that don't require registration using any name you like as long as that name is not used by a registered user. If you are caught impersonating another user you will be banned.
#4 ~ Obscene Material
You will not post material that is sexually or otherwise obscene and has no educational purpose or any significant relevance to an ongoing and legitimate discussion.
#5 ~ Copyrighted Material
You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Exceptions to this standard are covered by the Federal law regarding fair use, 17 USCS 107, and related case law, which holds that only partial excerpts of copyrighted material may be reproduced, and only as necessary for criticism or comment.
#6 ~ Private Property and Administrator Rights
You agree that if any of these rules are abused, the offending message may be refused or removed without prior notice, and if you repeatedly violate any of these rules or otherwise seek to disrupt the board then the administrators can ban you from the forum at their discretion.
You agree that this is private property and you are our guest, and that we (Copper Electronics, Inc.) reserve the right to refuse, delete or edit any message.
#7 ~ Accuracy of Information
You recognize that we (Copper Electronics, Inc.) do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy of any information posted here, and that any message expresses the views of its author, not necessarily the views of this forum or any entity associated with this forum.
#8 ~ Your Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Copper Electronics, Inc. or any of its agents. We (Copper Electronics, Inc.) also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.
#9 ~ Posting in Correct Section
Please create posts in the forum section best suited for them.

Copper Forum Member's,
In the last week the COPPER FORUM MODERATOR's have had to refuse around 12 Post's that were submitted listing Item's for sale or for people to contact them about an Item they had for sale.
PLEASE READ and FOLLOW the COPPER FORUM RULE's POSTED ABOVE.
