I WANT TO PUT UP A WHITE LIGHTNING I WAS GOING TO USE A TEN FOOT MAST WITH A FIVE FOOT TRIPOD WITH STAINLES STEAL GUY WIRE THE ANTENNA WEIGHT 20 POUND I DONT KNOW HOW THE ROTOR WEIGHT WILL THIS WORK |

I think I'd use insulated guy wires at least nearest to the antenna. I'm almost certain you need some tower for an antenna this size. Maybe someone who owns one or has put one up with someone else will chime in. mikefromms |

Is this the White Lightening 4? The 5' tripod will work, you will need a 10' mast to attach the rotor and a 5' or 10' mast for the beam ( not sure how big the beam is) and some guy wires, I suggest 4 guy wires. A tower would be the best route, but this setup should work fine. |

David: If the spreaders for the elements are as wide as mine (14ft) then make sure it clears everything by a couple feet or so. My whole antenna only weighs 18#, so its not the weight or wind load. But your antenna may be much different? Describe the antenna? |

THE ANTENNA HAS FOUR QUAD ELEMENTS IT HAS A 15 FOOT BOOM IT NEED 10 FEET TO TURN IT WEIGHT 20 POUND I WEIGHT A LITTLE LESS THAN A V QUAD AND SHOOT STAR COMPLETE |
