Where do i clip the mod limiter on a Magnum 257?......and is there a way to put a small switch in line to turn it on and off?

I wouldn't...read the review on that radio...all the info you need to turn it up is there. You can turn it up inside the mic also. Hooty

Thanks Hootyal, but i am still curious if there is a way to switch the mod limiter off and on.
(we have a local troublemaker who needs a transfusion)

VR -4 is the pot to turn for modulation... I don't know what the limiter is, but the radio will scream and still be clear after turning it up!! Check out the product review section.

id find the resister in front of the limiter and change its value instead of cliping it, it was put thier for a reason
