Hello 307 I have a President JFK AM/FM mobile that RX&TX work throws good signal to another radio but no modulation and roger beep does not work. Microphone is wired correctly and works on a different radio. All you get is a hum on the other radio any ideas would be appreciated THANKS

I would say since the Roger Beep does not work that the front end audio is most likely OK..Common trouble in the JFK are shorted electrolytic capacitors in the audio circuit..
