I do get a bit better(500+)on SSB with about 20wpep from my radio. It is a sweet unit, doesn't even break a sweat at these power levels and doesn't create high swr or add any trash to the signal. IMHO a trouble free addition for the base. It also doesn't dim the lights with it's modest 110vac amp draw. Which in both cases ie: Back Ordered or Discontinued, Copper Electronics Inc. has no control over what the Manufacturer's decide to do.
