I notice that some of the DX clubs ask their members to only list verifiable contacts.If someone talks from Georgia to Barbados exactly how is that verified?

I think they require written confirmation such as QSL cards...

I use email whenever possible now!! :-) Faster. I like the cards that I get as well, but email is faster, and you can still send an image file (gif,jpg,bmp) of your qsl card later!

I don't actively belong to any dx clubs, other than a callsign (dt1606) that was given to me by the US division of Delta Tango net, so I'm not sure if some clubs will accept email as confirmation, but I think that they should--If you include the headers, and include all the relevant info for the contact....
