Hi. I have a cobra 148 nwst and i need to turn my am carrier down so i dead key 2 watts. Watt is the pot i need to turn on this radio? Also, what are the pots i need to turn to turn up my modulation? Any help you can give me will be great! thank you!!!!

i need to turn it down to run a kv300p amp wit it and it says its input is 4 watts so i am afraid my radio being at 4 watts will burn the amp.

I am having trouble with my 148 NWST. I can receive audio, and the swr meter will react to incoming transmissions, but when I try to match the CB and antenna, the swr meter doesn't move, and when I talk there is no audio output.

Any suggestions, please help!!
